These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the moxilun.com website, owned by Moxilun S.R.L., NIT 1029384756, with address in La Paz, Bolivia. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Purpose
The moxilun.com website provides information about the real estate crowdlending model that Moxilun S.R.L. will develop in Bolivia and allows visitors to sign up on a waiting list to receive information about upcoming projects and round openings. The site does not by itself constitute a public offering of securities or financial advice.
2. Requirements for use
By using the site, the user declares to be of legal age under Bolivian law and to have legal capacity to accept these terms. The user commits to providing truthful and up-to-date information when completing the forms.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, trademarks, logos, design, images and structure) is the property of Moxilun S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Bolivian and international intellectual property regulations. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.
4. Permitted use

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute arising from the use of the site shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of La Paz, Bolivia.
